Star Seed Teas
Star Seed Teas sprouted from the holistic health services of Lifeforce Therapies in 2019. The inspiration came from Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Reiki Master Stephanie Saba's deep desire to escape reliance on the world of pharmaceuticals. As a therapist she had more and more clients experiencing negative effects from the medicines they were prescribed to manage symptoms. Stephanie also found herself suffering from PPD after the birth of her daughter and utilizing these same medicines in a desperate attempt to relieve symptoms. She quickly learned of the negatives of these drugs and decided that the benefit did not outweigh the cost. She knew there had to be other ways. Her prescribers didn't believe her when she told them she was having withdrawal symptoms when trying to taper off the medications. Stephanie decided to take matters into her own hands and start seriously studying herbs and natural supplements. She was able to taper off the medication while supporting her body with these natural interventions. She began to formulate herbal teas for her friends and family as well. As she received more and more positive feedback about the benefits friends and family had experienced from her formulations she began to formulate teas for the clients she serves. As the feedback continued to come in, so did the encouragement to start formulating these teas and making them easily available to all. And so, Star Seed Teas was born.
Star Seed Teas uses quality organic herbs sourced from established companies such as Mountain Rose and Starwest as well as others. Each tea blend is thoughtfully formulated and packaged.
